Fantastic dealership. I’ve wasted years buying VWs being treated like the sales people are doing me favours, so decided to walk into lookers and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. The salesman Hakesh really went out of his way to get the order for my van perfect for me. I purchased a Transit Custom and now I have it, in my opinion it’s a much superior vehicle. There was a small problem after four weeks of driving it so I had to take it back to the dealership without an appointment and was expecting to get fobbed off but Helen on reception was amazing. She got me a replacement van within ten minutes and had my van repaired the same day. Really nice people who want to help you out.
