Called up for ht leads for a fiesta,they had parts on the shelf at a good price. Quick service when I was in the shop.

Ordered the night before online, collection took a few minutes. Great service!

Sent the wrong part, cannot refund in store or supply the correct part. I was told I had to complete a paper returns form to which they had no access to / any available. Not a great experience. Staff were helpful enough but the company policies and procedures are outdated by modern standards. I always check but GSF never seem competitive on price either.

If there's a zero star I will give it a zero star for the customer service experience I had at this store today. I went there to buy some car parts and the guy who served me was extremely rude and not helpful at all it's like I'm begging him for money

I made an online reservation early this morning, being told my order would be ready in an hour. An hour and 20 minutes later I arrived. Given the time it took to bring out I can only assume they decided to get it ready once I arrived. Then it took 3 attempts with a total travel distance 120 miles to get the right part. I'm quite disappointed by all this.

Been using these guys for years with totall confidence. Always polite, efficient and focused on a great customer experience, as many have been there for a long time, they know the ropes and have all the knowledge to get you the right part...first time...at the best price.
