Just wanted to say thank you to you and the team for ensuring that the order for Business Movers Tech did arrive in time for our engineer to be able to install equipment. It got very close with the delivery driver phoning me to say he was here at literally 9.59 but I think he had rearranged his delivery schedule to make it happen, so well done to him as well. We all make mistakes and errors happen even in the best systems but it is how we deal with those errors that matter and that is what your team did. Thanks to Stacy, Hayley and Chris and of course the delivery driver.

A great company to work with as place many orders throughout the year, and not only very happy with the items being purchased, the shipment is fast and the customer service is fantastic. I do have to give a shout out to Chris in their team who is always very happy to help and his response rate and time is perfect. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and care for a product they merely shipped. Hayley Rogers was more than helpful and obliging to see me through a technical issue on the product even when the product company were unhelpful and unclear. MOST impressed with this company, Hayley's kind help and the EXPRESS delivery of the product to my door!

Purchased a new battery for my APC backups pro 1500 and selected next day delivery. The battery arrived the next day by DHL courier. I ordered the wrong one and Contacted Comms Express and was told to refuse parcel and it would be returned them. I then ordered the correct one and again it arrived the next day which is excellent service. Could not track the return battery so I Contacted Comms Express customer services and I spoke a Sydney Thomas who could not have been more helpful. There was a mixup with DHL and the package could not be found. After the weekend I called back and spoke to Sydney again at customer services and she called DHL and managed to tracked down my return package. Everything was sorted I was told they would have the package back shortly and they would then issue the refund. Great customer services and also great delivery service. Many thanks again Sydney your a credit to your team and I would well recommend Comms Express.

Sydney Thomas at this company was a complete Gem in dealing with our problem with a third party item. She continuously kept me updated with all the details and resolved the problem without fuss. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Always good prices, always great delivery speed but the customer services, and in particular Sydney Thomas, is excellent. Ordered some kit, had some issues, manufacturers returns process notoriously torturous (deliberately so) yet Sydney guided me through all the hoops and even when I missed the return window (entirely due to my ineptitude) still offered her assistance. The manufacturer of course told me exactly where I could stuff my return (No surprise) so won't be buying their kit again, but whatever kit I DO buy will be from Comms express and a large part of that is the support I got from Sydney Thomas.

Id ordered some goods which I realised could be replaced with a consolidated product. I hadn't opened the goods so got in touch to return them. Chris responded immediately and guided me through the process. Would recommend Comms Express.

Absolutely infuriating! Placed an order earlier today online for a replacement APC battery, verified my payment method using my bank's MFA in the usual way. My bank approved the transaction and they took my money. All seemed to go through fine. An hour or so later, received the most bizarre email stating that my order was 'suspicious' and has been placed on hold, requesting copies of multiple, very intrusive and sensitive ID documentation. There is absolutely no basis or logical reasoning for requesting this documentation other than because they disliked my name. The apparent reasoning was 'because my billing address differed from my delivery address' which is the most ridiculous excuse ever. It is completely normal for a billing address to differ from the delivery address. Both addresses are based in the UK and are normal residential addresses. They then tried to tell me that my normal outlook email address was 'suspicious'. This request for copies of my passport, bank statements and utility bills is ALARMING. I was not told how long my personal data would be stored for and they cannot give me any sound reason. I have no idea what they want to do with my identity, photo and sensitive personal information. If you find your order has been placed on hold, it is very likely that your name is Mohammed or similar... Ruined my weekend. The customer service agents are all asleep and unable. All I tried to do is spend some money at this joke of a company. Will never order from this website ever again!!!!!!

Made a purchase from this company, which unfortunately was shipped to the wrong address by Fedex. However, the issue was promptly resolved by Chris in customer service and a replacement sent. I can't praise Chris highly enough - A very polite and helpful advisor at Comms Express!
