I can’t say I was too impressed. I was left waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time with no one coming over or speaking to me about this, though once I had my consultation it was very helpful and informative. However it would have been nice if someone had informed me they were running behind and given me an option instead of leaving me sat there.

I have been seeing Sue for over 20 years and more recently Jess I have a wide range of treatments from peels to manicures Both Sue and Jess have extensive knowledge and skills and will always discuss the most appropriate treatment and products for me resulting in huge improvements in my skin They are both friendly approachable and professional.

Sue has been looking after my facial skin’s health and appearance for many years. I initially went to see her with acne. This is now under control, but I continue to benefit from regular peels and the use of products specifically recommended for my needs. Which are now related more to aging and correct suncare.The improvements in my skin have bolstered my confidence alongside the obvious benefits. I would definitely recommend Sue’s care for skin wellbeing.

I first met Sue in 2010 when she did my Wedding makeup for myself, my bridesmaid, MOB and MOG! She did an amazing job, the makeup was flawless and stayed put all day which considering it was the hottest day of the year it certainly had its work cut out! I have been to several of Sue's workshops and make up evenings where she has showcased her knowledge and expertise with great results. When you have an appointment with Sue she knows what colours will suit you and will recommend products to try and test as well as showing you how to apply the products. Sue keeps me updated with forthcoming workshops and I'm looking forward to the next one already!

I went to see Sue for a skin consultation yesterday. I was very impressed with her depth of knowledge, and her ability to explain my skin's condition. For the first time in years I feel optimistic I may be able to improve my skin's appearance. I'm using the products and returning for a peel soon. I'll keep you posted! I'm back!! I have been having regular peels and using the recommended Dermaquest products. My skin looks the best it has in years, I feel in control. I am still receiving treatments, but am able to space them further apart due to the vast improvement.
